I had some extra photos of Dubai that we found in our travels and thought I would share them. This is the night streets around the downtown. Every street was covered with lights.
More delightful lights.
I believe this was a sculpture that could have been created by Jack’s Body Shop owner if he had put his mind to it. :)
No camel poop from these structures. The walkways in Dubai are so unique and clean.
This building looked like a bow of a boat and I was fascinated by the various reflections of the windows mirroring the area around it.
The contrast of this green park with palm trees surrounded by high-rise buildings was like a visual oxymoron.
How about an apartment by the water?
The landscaping in front of this place “tickled” me as they were what we call “tickle bushes” which I like to use the pester the grandkids.
Jack ordered a big meat platter which had a variety of meats that he said was delicious. Apparently I was only impressed by the large basket of bread based on my angle of taking this picture, but you can see a little of the platter of meat. :)
Why not just add a sculpture to the side of the wall? Dubai likes to decorate.
I can’t tell what is cuter, the walkway with the decorations or the dancing Jack. This post was just some fun sights. Jack will dance into the sunset and our next posts will be from Egypt.
Why did you say "No camel poop from these structures"? 😂😆💩
Yum!
